The Lark on Sunday 28th September for 'SEA and SAND, an end of Summer all-dayer at the seaside as we celebrate over 60 years of Modernism, the greatest and most stylish youth movement that caught the imagination of fashion conscious teenagers across the world from the 60s until the present day and spawned some of the most exciting bands ever.
A packed day featuring a screening of the classic Mod film QUADROPHENIA and joining us on the day will be the star of the film PHIL DANIELS who will be taking part in a Q+A and Meet + Greet.
Also the screening of THE WHO LIVE IN HYDE PARK in glorious 4K.
Live music comes from CHRIS POPE from 79 Revival band The Chords who will be playing a set of The Chords classics including 'Now its Gone, Somethings Missing, Maybe Tomorrow and more.
There will also be a Live performance from 'THE JAM PACT' - A tribute to The Jam.
Host for the day is JACQUI CARROLL who will be playing a set of classic tunes to keep you dancing plus a guest DJ set from KARL COLLINS from RockSteady Rhythms Radio Show.
There will also be a scooter competition judged by Phil Daniels for all those arriving on scooters.
Pop up shops supplied by yours truly the only Dublin Mod Clothing store REBIRTH OF COOL and Dublin Scooter shop SCOOTER ISLAND plus record stall by local retailer for all those wanting to swell their vinyl collection.
